Pamela Gordon-Smith – Founder
Pamela Gordon-Smith is a mother of three and a passionate advocate for early years education. Her journey began in 2007 after the birth of her first child, when she recognised a need for exceptional, reliable childcare for working parents.
Starting as a childminder, she went on to open her first nursery in 2009 with her husband, Max Gordon-Smith. Today, they operate multiple settings across the UK, including an exciting new Montessori nursery under renovation in Saltburn.
Pamela is AMI-trained in the Montessori method and believes in education that nurtures independence, structure, and choice. Through her experience managing nurseries, she saw the ongoing struggle to recruit qualified, passionate professionals, and founded Cambridge School of Education Global Ltd to meet that need.
“Quality childcare begins with the right people in the right place.” – Pamela Gordon-Smith
